Tracking Your Order

Important Notice

Please Remove and Check item before signing for your consignment, if you cannot remove items to check then please sign for Consignment as UNCHECKED with Driver.
If is important that this is carried out as damaged items signed for as CHECKED cannot be Returned or Refunded.

All our orders are dispatched via APC Couriers except some Scottish Highlands and Islands, these cannot be tracked online as they are dispatched via Royal Mail.

APC Tracking Details

How to Track your order Online

Login to your account and you will see the date of dispatch of your order, later that day (usually Evening time) you will receive an email regarding your tracking details, which will include your Consignment Number. Please note your tracking details will be sent to the email address you provided when ordering.

To Track your order please click HERE to go to the APC website, once at the website you will see on the left hand column "Track Your Parcel" enter your postcode and your consignment number and press "Track".

If you have an problems regarding delivery you can find your nearest APC depot by entering your postcode in the left hand column where it says "Find Your APC Depot" . This will provide you will your nearest APC depot telephone number, please quote your consignment number when ringing.
